The Colour Series

The Colour Essences revitalise the individual’s energy field nourishing the energy pathways related to the chakra and layer of auric consciousness, bringing both to their correct vibration. In so doing they allow any compacted energies attached within the region such as unresolved emotions and traumas to be released. Emotions that are bought to the light for healing do not have to be re-experienced in order to release them. However the circumstances/event or situation will be honoured (through thought, images or memory) during the process of release.

How to use the Colour Essences

To cleanse the energy body thoroughly at the end of the day or when required take two drops internally starting from the Colour Red essence, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo through to White and work through each essence sequentially. Leave ten minutes in-between taking each essence to allow effective cleansing and the release of stored energy mass, thought-forms, emotions. You can take the essences either while Tuning In or during the course of your evening/day.
