Payment can be made by credit card, with Visa or Mastercard using our website secure payment facilties Paypal.New Zealand cutomers can also pay by cheque. Your order will be processed on receipt of payment. Please make your cheques payable to Matariki Essences Ltd.
Orders within New Zealand
All orders placed in New Zealand will be sent via NZ Post. Postage charge includes postage and packaging. Upon request goods can be sent via courier and the courier cost will be added to the order.
We will endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. However please allow ten working days for delivery to allow for receipt and processing of your order.
International Orders
Any orders placed internationally will be processed two to three days of receipt of payment. Orders will be sent international airmail by NZ Post. Please allow a further two to three weeks for delivery. Charges for airmail delivery will be made according to destination. The charges will include postage and packaging. Please note any customs clearances, excise tax and duties incurred on delivery are your responsibility.
